This 1800m2 government office fit-out was completed over two floors at 2 Lonsdale Street, including the entire strip out of the tenancy and then the complete new fit-out of the space. Including new joinery, partitions, flooring, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, workstations, and furniture.

One of the essential requirements included completing the project in a tight time frame whilst negotiating the industry issues of the time with material and labour shortages.

We worked closely with the Project Manager, JLL, and the architect to ensure the fit-out ran smoothly with minimal impact on the tenant.
