This project completely refurbished two sizeable existing Art rooms at CLC Eltham. Works included a complete strip-out of both art rooms, installation of new suspended ceilings, lighting

fixtures, mechanical system and flooring throughout. Further to the above items, we created new storage rooms, a clean/wash-up area with trough sinks and an all-new joinery. It was a massive team effort with multiple parties involved and completed successfully.
