The project consisted of a complete refurbishment of an existing workspace on L6 at William Cooper Justice Centre and the space re-purposed into new mediation rooms for Court Services Victoria. With the team effort of JLL, FMSA, Compass and Jacobs, we stripped out the existing tenancy and installed numerous multi-purpose and mediation rooms varying in sizes,complete with acoustic properties such as double-glazed windows.

As well as a custom-built reception and waiting area, staff breakout spaces and kitchenettes.
